The highlight of our 50 minute aerial tour of Lake Powell was Natural Bridge, which we made two passes over before heading back to Page Municipal Airport. Considered one of the great natural wonders of the world, natural bridge is not the largest natural bridge in the world, as is sometimes claimed, but it is spectacular. It is 245 ft high and has a span of 234 ft. The panoramas of the landscape of Lake Powell and the surrounding mountains, buttes, and desert are stunning.
